Domaine Thill is a rad winery, run by Alsace natives Eric and Bérengère Thill. They are located in South Revermont in the southern end of Jura. They are a small domain with holdings totaling only a little over 5ha and have been ecocert certified since 2015.
'This sparkling Crémant is actually named after the son of Eric and Bérengère.
A great sparkling wine that has some age. The vines are approximately 50 years of age growing on a slope that is south-facing, with clay and limestone soils. Fermentation is with indigenous yeasts. Disgorging after 21 months with no added sulphur or liquor.'
