The Monterrei DO takes its name from a forest very close to the winery that is usually frequented by crows. This bottling is single varietal of Godello, the queen grape in Monterrei, and rests for 6 to 7 months on its lees in order to gain complexity. Thus, we find a very fragrant white, with herbaceous aromatic notes, leading into flavors of fruits such as apples and citrus complimented by notes such as jasmine and mimosa. On the palate it is unctuous and enveloping as well as fresh and long.
